一、招生类别

二、奖学金内容
包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。
1．我校为学生提供校内宿舍，一般为双人间。
2．生活费按月发放。本科生标准为2500 元人民币/月；硕士生为3000元人民币/月。
3．综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。
三、申请流程
1．申请人在规定时间内向新2会员手机登录网址新2手机登录地址最全提交申请材料。
2．登录 “中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（登录https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/后，点击“学生注册”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并上传完整版申请资料原件扫描件，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。留学项目种类选择“B类”，受理机构编号为：10166（必填）。
申请人开始奖学金申请前，请仔细阅读以下操作流程。
第1步：访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”图标进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接：http://www.campuschina.org
点击【学生注册】按钮，注册账户。注册成功后，使用注册的账户登录系统。
第2步：录入申请人“个人资料”。点击【编辑个人资料】开始录入个人资料，逐项完成个人资料的录入，并验证保存。完成个人资料录入后，点击【完成】返回上一界面，开始录入个人申请信息。申请人须在完成个人资料录入后，方可开始填写申请信息。
第3步：选择正确的“留学项目种类”。
请选择“B类”留学项目种类，点击【新增申请】按钮，开始录入申请信息。
第4步：填写正确的 “受理机构编号”。
您的受理机构编号为：10166
“留学项目种类”和“受理机构编号”两者彼此关联，均为“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”中的必填内容。
申请人填写后，系统会自动显示所填写的代码代表的受理部门的名称。留学项目种类和受理机构编号存在对应关系，如果填写错误，新2会员手机登录网址将无法收到在线申请信息。
第5步：填写“申请信息”。
完成上述操作后，录入“语言能力及学习计划”并上传“补充材料”，直至点击【提交】完成申请。提交申请前请仔细检查各项信息及补充材料，请确保信息及材料的正确性、真实性。
第6步：申请一经提交，申请人将无法修改“个人资料”及“申请信息”。申请被受理前，申请人可通过点击【撤销】撤回已提交申请，并进行修改。申请被撤回后，申请人须在编辑后再次提交，否则该申请将无法被受理。申请被受理后，申请人将无法撤回该申请。
第7步：点击“打印申请”下载申请表。
第8步：提交奖学金申请。
新2会员手机登录网址不会委托任何个人或中介代为受理中国政府奖学金申请，申请人需通过国家留学基金管理委员会官方网站获取有关信息，http://www.campuschina.org/。
注意：
l 建议使用火狐或IE 11 浏览器，如果使用IE 浏览器，请去掉浏览器的“兼容性视图模式”后使用。
l 申请人须使用中文或英文完成全部申请信息的填写。
四、申请材料：
本科 | 硕士 |

五、审核录取
1．请申请人于2024年5月31日前将申请材料发送至synugj04@163.com，务必将信息填写完整与准确。我校负责审核申请材料，并采取笔试或面试等方式对申请人进行考核，择优推荐人选至国家留学基金委。奖学金最终评审结果可通过个人账户在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统查询。
2．未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资格。
3．中国政府奖学金生不得同时享受中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）的资助，一经发现，其中国政府奖学金资格将予以取消，并须退还已领取的中国政府奖学金。对于刻意隐瞒资助情况的，除取消资格外，三年内不允许申请中国政府奖学金。
4．奖学金获得者一经录取，不得变更学习专业、学习期限和授课语言。
5．奖学金生入校后须参加年度评审，以评审结果确认下一学年是否资助、中止或取消奖学金资格。

2024 SYNU CGS “Tourism Management Talent Training Program for Countries along the Silk Road” （Type B）
I. Scholarship Types and Qualifications

Applicants whose Chinese proficiency has reached 180 points or above in HSK4 will be arranged to take one year of foundation program study depending on the result of admission test, and then enter the undergraduate study after passing the foundation program test, Or Our university will arrange the applicant to enter the undergraduate study, but the applicant needs to pass the unified examination organized by the China Scholarship Council. The test subjects are business Chinese and mathematics. The test format is a home online test, and the test time is May 25 or June 1-2. II. Coverage and Criteria for the Scholarship
The scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fees, accommodation fees, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
1. Our university provides students with the on-campus dormitories, usually for a double room.
2. Living allowance is granted by host institutions on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for undergraduates is 2,500 CNY per person. For students of scholarship for Master’s Degree, the monthly allowance is 3,000 CNY per person.
3. Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by our university in accordance with relevant regulations of studying in China stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.
III. Application Procedure
1. Applicants should submit application materials to the College of International Education (CIE) of Shenyang Normal University within the specified time.
2. Complete the online application procedure at CGS System at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/. Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” to log in, fill in the application information and upload the original scanned copy of the corresponding supporting materials and submit them online; submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hardcopy. The Program Category is “Type B”, Agency Number is 10166（Required）
Please carefully read the instructions below before applying for the scholarship.
Step 1: Visit “CSC Study in China” website and click “Scholarship Application for Students” at http://www.campuschina.org
Register an account through [CREATE AN ACCOUNT] and log in with your account.
Step 2: Input Personal Details. Click “Edit Personal Details” and finish inputting personal details by filling in all the information, verifying and saving the information. After the completion of this section, return to the previous page by clicking “Finish” and start filling in your application information.
Step 3: Select the correct “Program Category”.
Please select Program Category “Type B”, click “New Application”, and start filling in the application information.
Step 4: Input the correct “Agency Number”
Your Agency Number is 10166
Program Category and Agency Number are directly matched; both are mandatory for online application. After inputting the agency number, the university’s name “Shenyang Normal University” will automatically show on the page. As Program Category and Agency Number are directly matched, Shenyang Normal University will not receive your online application if the program category or agency number is not correct.
Step 5: Input Application Information
Next, please move on to the section of “Language Proficiency and Study Plan” and upload “Supporting Documents” as requested, then click “Submit” to complete the application. Check each part of your application carefully before submission. Please make sure that all the information and uploaded documents are valid and accurate.
Step 6: Once submitted, amendments cannot be made on “Personal Details” and “Application Information”. Before the application is processed by the processing authorities, applicants can revoke the submitted application by clicking “Withdraw” and edit the application. After revoking the application, applicants must submit it again after re-editing, or the application will not be processed. Once the application is processed, the application cannot be revoked.
Step 7: Click “Print the Application Form” and download the form.
Step 8: Submit scholarship application.
Shenyang Normal University does not entrust any individual or intermediary agent to process Chinese Government Scholarship applications. All applicants should access relevant information on the official website at http://www.campuschina.org/ of the China Scholarship Council.

High school transcripts;Transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the academic affair office or students’ management department. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;5. A Study Plan and Research Proposal;A study plan and research proposal written in Chinese shall contain no less than 500 words. It contains the understanding of China, the university, the major and the future professional plan;6. One Recommendation Letter（written in Chinese or English）;Applicants must submit one recommendation letter signed by a teaching teacher with the telephone number and Email;7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Non-criminal record report. V. Scholarship Confirmation
1. Please send the application materials to synugj04@163.com before May 31, 2024, and be sure to fill in the information completely and accurately. Shenyang Normal University examines the application documents and conducts written examination or interview, recommends the excellent candidates to China scholarship Council. The final evaluation result of the scholarship can be checked in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System through your personal account.
2. Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from university before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.
3. CSC scholarship recipients shall not be subsidized by other scholarships (excluding all kinds of one-time awards) established by the Chinese governments at all levels and the admission institutions at the same time. Once found, their Chinese government scholarship qualifications will be cancelled and the Chinese government scholarships they have received must be returned. Applicants who deliberately conceal their financial support are not be allowed to apply for Chinese government scholarships for three years, in addition to being disqualified.
4. Once the scholarship recipient is admitted, he/she shall not change the major of study, the period of study and the language of instruction.
5. Scholarship students are required to attend an annual assessment to determine whether the scholarship will be funded, suspended or cancelled for the next academic year.
